TOO HARD TO DO BUSINESS WITH

In my 2018 litmus360 sales indicator index I asked sales leaders to rate their businesses performance against 15 measures.  

One question asked how easy it is for their customers to do business with their organisation.

A whopping two out of five reckon they are hard to do business with (rating themselves at 1 or 2 (out of 5)).  

The good news is half reckon they do well and scored themselves at 4 or 5 (out of 5).  It's great some feel they get it right, but of course, it's our customers who are the best judges. Now there is an opportunity!
