  • Engage and invest in middle and first line managers hard and early.  Ensure they are overt advocates for the change, and have the ability to coach and support their teams on the change journey.

  • Maximise the benefit of change whilst minimising frontline and customer impact. Structure your change as a clear pathway of manageable and understandable stepped increments across, people and technology.
